Trade Center, New York, NY 10007, United States and that the same trade mark is used for the
following products:
Class 25: Clothing, footwear, headwear.
Class 41: Entertainment; education; sporting and cultural activities; production of radio, television
and internet programmes and shows; publication services; providing non-downloadable online
electronic publications; production of podcasts; organising competitions, talent, fashion and beauty
shows.
Class 43: Restaurant, hotel, bar, nightclub services.
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that ADVANCE MAGAZINE PUBLISHERS, INC. claims all rights
in respect of the aforesaid trade mark in Somalia and will initiate appropriate legal action against any
person or persons found to be using the aforesaid trade mark or any other trade mark deceptively or
confusingly similar or otherwise infringes on its rights.
