NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above trademark is the property of KT&G Corporation, Incorporated in the Republic of Korea of 71, Beotkkot-gil, Daedeok-gu, Daejeon, Republic of Korea and that the same trademark is used for the following goods:
Class 34: Tobacco; Cigarettes; Cigars; Snuff; Cigarette papers; Tobacco pipe, not of precious
metal; Cigarette filters; Cigarette cases, not of precious metal; Tobacco pouches; Cigarette lighters, not of precious metal; Matches; Tobacco pipe cleaners; Ashtrays for smokers, not of precious metal; Cigar cutters.
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that KT&G Corporation claims all rights in respect of the
aforesaid trademarks in Somaliland and will initiate appropriate legal action against any person or persons found to be using the aforesaid trademarks or any other trademarks deceptively or confusingly similar, or otherwise infringes on its rights.
