Somalilandsun:Petroleum Truck Catches Fire at Alnoor Petrol Station in Berbera

A fuel truck off loading oil at Alnoor petrol station in Berbera caught fire burning most of the lorry.
Speaking to journalists the owner of Alnoor Petrol Station confirmed that the fire started from the fuel truck. He was very grateful to the fire Brigade for their quick response that had averted a catastrophic fire inferno.
He said “The oil tanks are located behind this perimeter wall, that’s why the fire didn’t spread to it. I’m very grateful to Almighty Allah for helping us to contain the fire.”
Berbera fire brigade departments responded immediately to the fire emergency before it could spread and engulf adjacent buildings.
The proprietor of Alnoor Petrol Station revealed that his house which is located behind the petrol station was not touched by fierce fire.
