BURAO: (Somalilandsun) – The Somaliland Red Crescent Society-SRCS Burao branch office has conducted training to 27 members from the districts of Togdeer region.
The training was about Disaster Preparedness and the way to response after the disaster.
The Red Crescent team from Hargeisa Coordination office and Burao Branch teams trained members from rural and urban areas in Togdeer region according to Nimo Osman Mohammed who was training the 27 members told the petitions to take this advantage of training during this period of the training.
Somaliland Red Crescent plays a good roll to train the communities in Somaliland about disaster preparation and the way to response after the disaster.
SRCS held trainings in the regions of the Republic of Somaliland. It has 6 branch offices in the country which they have mobile teams to train the people in the rural areas.
