Somalilandsun: The United Kingdom which is not only former colonial master but the largest single donor to Somaliland, to date, has affirmed an enhancement of the same.
According to sources privy to the ongoing at the meeting hosted by the interior ministry at its headquarters in Hargeisa,
“The purpose was to not only strengthen existing relationships between the two countries but enhance cooperation in various fields of mutual interest.
At the meeting the Somaliland security minister Mohamed Kahin Ahmed was flanked by his deputy while the UK team composed of acting London diplomatic representative Morgan Riley and Local FCDO chief in Hargeisa Martin Gartska.
I find offending describing Britain as colonial master of Somaliland! I hope you replace or remove this offending statement. According to what we know, Somaliland was a British protectorate by an agreement between the British government and the representatives of Somaliland.
