Ms. Abu Akleh, 51, a Palestinian American reporter who was killed in the West Bank on Wednesday, was a household name across the Middle East.

HARGEISA, Somalilandsun:  The Somaliland Online Media Association (SOMA) has strongly condemned the brutal killing of Al-Jazeera reporter Shireen Abu Akleh by Israeli security forces in the West Bank.

The SOMA condemnation came via statement signed by its Chairman Mustafe Abdi Mohamed ‘Janale’
“it is with great sorrow that we received the news of the shocking and brutal murder of Shireen Abu Akleh by Israeli forces” he said
