NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above trade marks are the property of Pizza Hut International, LLC, a Limited Liability Company organized and existing under the laws of Delaware of 7100 Corporate Drive, Plano, Texas 75024, United States of America and that the trade marks are used for the following products:
Class 29: Meat; Fish, not live; Poultry, not live; Chicken wings; Chicken; Cheese powder; Cheese, namely, cheese for toppings on pizza; French fries.
Class 30: Pizza; Prepared entrees consisting primarily of pasta or rice; Breadsticks; Sauces; Cookies; Brownies; Pastries; Bread flavored with spices; Dough-enrobed foods consisting of a dough-based wrapper with pizza-flavored fillings; Dough-enrobed foods consisting of a dough-based wrapper with fillings consisting primarily of meats, poultry, fish, fruits and vegetables and cheese; Salsa.
Class 43: Services for providing food and drink; restaurant and takeaway restaurant services, fast food services; self-service restaurants and fast-food outlets; snack bars, cafes, canteens, cafeterias; catering services.
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that Pizza Hut International, LLC claims all rights in respect of the aforesaid trade marks in Somaliland and will initiate appropriate legal action against any person or persons found to be using the aforesaid trade marks or any other trade marks deceptively or confusingly similar, or otherwise infringes on their rights.
