Which is used in connection with
02: Paints, varnishes and lacquer coatings; rust prevention materials and wood preservation materials from damage; colouring materials; colour stabilizers; mordants; raw natural resin; metals in the form of flakes or powder for use by paints, decorators, printing workers and artists, paint thinner; coatings; automobile paints.
Any person who copies, imitates, or in any other way whatsoever infringes the rights of the said National Paints Holdings Ltd.in the Trade Mark will be proceeded against in accordance with the Laws in force in the Somaliland to prevent the imposition of fraudulent Marks on merchandise.
