VP Sayli leads a government team in inspection of new energy ministry headquarters construction site

Hargeisa (Somalilandsun) – The Ministry of Energy is constructing an ultra-modern building whose foundation lying was officiated upon by Vice president Abdirahman Ismail Sayli assisted by various big powered government officials in Hargeisa
The incoming building that will headquarter the country’s energy and mining sector’s development activities for years to come was designed by RIO Architect while works are to be undertaken by implemented by Al Najah Construction Company
As he initiated ground breaking VP Sayli expressed great pleasure to represent the Government of Somaliland in witnessing the start of the project that while acknowledging the generous gesture advanced by multi-national companies exploring petroleum in the country.

Foreign oil exploration firms have pulled together in funding this worthy course before making it a reality with the design work undertaken by Rio architect while the construction would be implemented by Al-Najah Construction Ltd, a local firm that was awarded the contract to erect contemporary building upon satisfying the procurement requirements spelled out by the National Tender Board.

Foundation laying
Minister Hussein Abdi Duale was optimistic that the new building would be the best that the state has so far constructed after praising the marvellous work performed by his staff at the ministry who were tasked with the modalities thus making it a reality.
The government team flanking VP Sayli were Minister Hussein Abdi Duale of Energy, Ali Abdi Saik, the deputy Minister for Public Works, Mohamed Hassan, the state Minister for Water Resource and other senior public servants in the ministry of Energy.

Meanwhile Al-Najah construction company has pledged the erection of the new energy ministry headquarters as minutely per the design by RIO Architects.
