HARGEISA (Somalilandsun) -The government is expecting the oil prospecting company in the country, Genel Energy, to furnish hence clarify the reasons as to why their foreign workers were leaving the country hastily and in a hush.

Interior Minister Hon. Ali Mohammed Waran’adde told members of the parliament that the actions by the company does not, in the remotest sense, emanate from reasons of insecurity or obstructive hindrance in any form.

He said that he expected today (Sunday the 8th September) to be furnished the precipitating factors by the company as to the move.

Hon. Waran-adde at the same time cautioned politicians not to side step their limits and let the administration go about their duties.

The group which comprises politicians of parties that lost elections and former cabinet members were by and large shunned by cross section of the nation for forming a Syria/Libya – like national group that was perceived of being out to breed insurgency.

The Minister was at the Parliament where all MPs present in yesterday’s session confirmed his cabinet appointment together with that of the state minister for Education and Technology Hon. Ahmed Nour Fahiye.
