Somalilandsun: The Somaliland delegation to Kenya that departed Hargeisa in mid-morning is safely in Nairobi and currently ensconced at the Kempinski Hotel.
The government delegation led by President Muse Bihi Abdi was met and received at the Jomo Kenyatta international Airport by a team of Kenya government officials led by Agriculture Cabinet Secretary Peter Munya and foreign affairs cabinet assistant secretary Ababu Namwamba, among other.
After signing the official government visitors book and subsequent tet‘a’ tet the Somaliland delegation was escorted to the Kempinski Hotel where they shall stay during the three days of their visit.
President Bihi who becomes the second Somaliland head of state to visit Kenya after a similar visit by former president Rayale is expected to meet his host President Uhuru Kenyatta tomorrow.
