As Abaarso School Claims Another with Student Najah traveling for a one year study through Assist Program in the USA

Somalilandsun  -Somaliland is the only African country participating in the USA funded ASSIT , an educational programme that takes young third world students to America for a year.

Courtesy of  its own Abaarso School, a private educational facility in Hargeisa Somaliland has stolen the limelight from other African countries having been included in the ASSIST programme for the second year running that facilitates a one year education for beneficiary students.

In this short clip somalilandsun is briefed by the 2016 beneficiary from Abaarso school in Hargeisa, the  18 years old Najah  Mohamed Saeed who is travelling to a school in Penyslavannia where she will undertake her grade 12 studies and the Chairperson of the Abaarso School board of Trustees Nura Mahmoud Gureh

Najah Mohamed Saed aged 18, the 2016 ASSIST program beneficiary from the Abaarso School in Somaliland aspires to a career in international relations For Abaarso School the 18 year old girl is not the first of its students to participate in the ASSIST program or Join prestigious institutions of higher learning in various parts of the world.

For the young Najah born in  rural parts of  Hargeisa 18 years ago, and with aspirations for a career in international relations her pride is not only being a product of her prestigious Abaarso School and the opportunity of a year’s schooling abroad but having to legally travel to the USA with her Somaliland passport
