Urge peaceful conduct during elections at a function hosted by the APD and former Vice Presidents 
Somalilandsun- The three presidential candidates have not only agreed to honor results of the November 13th exercise but completely buried political heat hatchets.
This came during a function held in Hargeisa where the three candidates Feisal Ali Warabe , Muse Behi Abdi and Abdirahman Irro also appealed to their supporters for peaceful conduct during and after elections
The hatchet burying launcheon held at the ambassador hotel was organized by the three former presidents of Somaliland namely Abdirahman Aw Ali, Muj Isse Kahin and Ahmed Yusuf Yasin and hosted by the Academy for Peace and Development-APD
According to the APD chief Mohamed Farah Hirsi the luncheon had not only the import of eliciting the candidates commitment to accepting election results but to rally their supporters to a peaceful post election conduct
On their side the former vice president’s were unanimous to the fact that Somaliland was not only larger than the ego of an individual but to the fact that the three candidates should and must bury their hatchets that emanated from a brutal campaign
In conclusion the the three candidate did not only call upon their supporters to vote peacefully, but committed to accepting final results as well.
