ZHEJIANG SF OILLESS BEARING CO., LTD. claims the colours blue and red, substantially as shown on the representation above, as essential and distinctive features of the trade mark.
The above trade mark is used for the following products:
Self-oiling bearings; shock absorber plungers [parts of machines]; ball-bearings; engine bearings; bearings [parts of machines]; bearings for transmission shafts; roller bearings; anti-friction bearings for machines.
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that ZHEJIANG SF OILLESS BEARING CO., LTD. claims all rights in respect of the aforesaid trade mark in Somaliland and will initiate appropriate legal action against any person or persons found to be using the aforesaid trade mark or any other trade marks deceptively or confusingly similar or otherwise infringes on its rights.
