NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above trade marks are the property of Radisson Hotels International, Inc., a corporation orgarnised and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware U.S.A. of Carlson Parkway, P. O. Box 59159, Minneapolis, 55459, Minnesota, United State of America and the same trade mark are used in connection with the following:
Hotel, bar and restaurant services; services for reservation of rooms; manuals, newsletters, magazines, printed publications, printed matter, books and forms, stationery, instructional, teaching and training materials, advertising and promotional materials, hotel directories, menus, placemats, napkins, and cards; promotion of hotels and restaurants by selling or distributing discount coupons and the like; franchising services, including technical assistance to others in the establishment and/or operation of hotels; providing online information regarding facilities and agenda for business meetings and family events; providing online registration services for meeting attendees; real estate management; sale or rental of condominiums; real estate time-sharing; travel services; organizing and conducting group travel tours; health spa, beauty salon and massage services
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that Radisson Hotels International, Inc., claims all rights in respect of the aforesaid trade mark in Somaliland and will initiate appropriate legal action against any person or company found to be using the aforesaid trade marks or any other trade marks deceptively or confusingly similar to the above trade marks or otherwise infringes on its rights.
