Somalilandsun: SomalilandPresident of Somaliland H.E Musa Bihi Abdi has met with a Czech Republic
delegation led by the assistant minister of Commerce and Industry
Mr.Vladimir Barti. The head of state was flanked by deputy president H.E
Abdirahman Abdillahi Ismael (Sayli’i), the foreign minister Mr.Sa’ad Ali
Shire and Somaliland’s ambassador to the AU Mr.Abdillahi Mohammed Dua’le.
According to information obtained by Somaliland News Agency (SOLNA) the
president discussed the development path Somaliland had stridden and
importance of this yet unrecognized nation to nurture friendship with other
countries.
At first the president informed the Czech delegation about the different
metamorphosis Somaliland underwent to reach where it is today. The
democratic institutions it created from scratch and several presidential
and parliamentary elections it has held since returning her sovereignty
from the Somalia Federation.
He thanked the Czech delegates for visiting Somaliland at the same time he
informed them that Somaliland is ready to work with any country that can
cooperate with it in terms of political, economical and diplomatic
relationship.
The Czech delegation thanked president Bihi for the warmth reception and
promised to work with Somaliland in creating economic development projects
and aid in educational programs they also stated that Czech entrepreneurs
are ready to invest into Somaliland economy.
