NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above trademark (ORS) is the property of NAMASTE LABORATORIES, L.L.C., a limited liability corporation organized and existing under the Laws of the State of Illinois, USA of 310 S. Racine Avenue, 8th Floor, Chicago, 60607, Illinois, United States of America and that the same trademark is used for the following products:
Bleaching preparations and other substances for laundry use; cleaning, polishing, scouring and abrasive preparations; soaps; perfumery, essential oils, cosmetics, hair lotions; hair care preparations; dentifrices. – class 03;
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that NAMASTE LABORATORIES, L.L.C. claims all rights in respect of the aforesaid trademark in Somaliland and will initiate appropriate legal action against any person or persons found to be using the aforesaid trade mark or any other trade mark deceptively or confusingly similar, or otherwise infringes on its rights.
