NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above trade marks are the trade marks of: NANYANG BROTHERS TOBACCO COMPANY LIMITED, A company organised and existing under the laws of Hong Kong of 9 Tsing Yeung Circuit, Tuen Mun, New Territories, Hong Kong and is used in connection with:
Class 34: Cigarettes; tobacco; cigars, cigarillos, cigarette lighters, cigar lighters; electronic cigarettes; heat-not-burn tobacco products; heated tobacco; heated tobacco products; tobacco products for the purpose of being heated in order to release nicotine-containing aerosol for inhalation; tobacco substitutes (for non-medical purposes); liquid solutions for use in electronic cigarettes; nicotine for heat-not-burn tobacco products or heated tobacco products; nicotine for electronic cigarettes; electronic smoking pipes; electronic cigarettes as substitute for traditional cigarettes; tobacco sticks; electric heaters for tobacco; electronic devices and their parts for the inhalation of nicotine containing aerosol (smokers’ articles); electronic devices and their parts for the purpose of heating cigarettes or tobacco in order to release nicotine-containing aerosol for inhalation (smokers’ articles) namely, holders (not of precious metal) for electric heaters, holders (of precious metal) for electric heaters, filters specially adapted for electric heaters; smokers’ articles; matches; all included in Class 34.
