Somalilandsun- “I hereby pledge to serve the public, the Sahil regional administration and government of Somaliland with diligence while pursuing my duties impartially”
This was stated by Nuh Mohamed Suleiman during his swearing in ceremony as the new Sahil regional secretary in Berbera town at a function officiated by his new boss Eng. Ahmed Osman Hasan the Governor and witnessed by the deputy manager port of Berbera and several regional coordinators.
While thanking the outgoing regional secretary the Sahil governor who informed of cordial working relations also promised the incoming Nuh Ahmed similar protocols while urging him to not only sustain administrative achievements garnered by his predecessor but surpass them as well.
Stating that Nuuh Ahmed Suleiman is a former employee at the Sahil regional administration the governor said that he was confident that his incoming secretary shall perform with distinction if his previous record at a junior position is anything to go by.

Various ministerial coordinators attached to the Sahil regional administration as well as the deputy manager of Berbera port not only welcomed the new Secretary but pledged to work closely with as well.
Upon officially taking over as Sahil regional secretary Nuh Mohamed Suleiman thanked his predecessor for the manner of handover that availed documents touching on every issue also thanked all the witnesses present while promising to work closely with them
Reaffirming that he was not new to the region Mr. Nuh stated that being aware that his new duties were of utmost importance in relation to availing residents apt public servicers pledged to “to serve the public, the Sahil regional administration and government of Somaliland with diligence while pursuing my duties impartially”
The new Sahil regional secretary Nuh Mohamed Suleiman who was as per mandate appointed to the position by the minister of interior holds a Bachelors’ degree in public administration from the Somaliland Civil service institute and pursuing an online master’s degree
