Somalilandsun- The much anticipated presidential debate to have been held on the 18th is not set for the 19th Oct, same venue same everything else.
This heart rendering announcement was made via a tweet by Leila Abdullah @Leila_Abdulla that read #Announcement, The Somaliland Presidential Election Debate is postponed to tomorrow, and we have 24 hours only to witness this great event.
Despite the huge blow Leila a local Social Activist did not show her disappointment posting that Thanks to @InspireGroupAF tomorrow, 19th Oct, we all have a hope to be able to distinguish who best deserves to be our leader. We aspire for change and we need a government who is strong enough to make the change we seek.
Organized by Inspire Group, the debate which will be the first of its nature in the country, if finally held shall pit the three Candidates aspiring to the somalilamd presidency namely Muse Behi, Abdirahman Irro and Feisal Ali Warabe of Kulmiye, Wadani and UCID parties respectively, not only against each other but to a barrage of questions submitted by citizens.
