Somalilandsun:President Sacks Governor of Gabiley Region
The president H.E Musa Bihi Abdi has appointed new government officials. A presidential circular that reached our news desk confirmed the sacking of governor of Gabiley region Mr.Abdiqani Mohamud Tidhi. The head of state thanked the former governor for his service to the nation. He stated government appointment are rotational and at all times those who have the requisite qualifications take the mantle.
In another development the president has appointed Mr. Abdi Osman Degaweine Abdulle to become the new minister of investment.
He president revealed that he had made the appointments after consultation with his advisors.
The president named the former Sool governor Mr.Abdikarim Haji Diriye to become the new provincial commissioner of Gabiley.
He also appointed Mr.Abdikarim Said AwAbdi as the new governor of Sool region.
