Somaliland: Japanese Government Team in Four Days Official Working Visit

HARGEISA (Somalilandsun) – The people of Japan are intend on enhancing the existing relations with Somalilanders.
This was revealed at the Somaliland presidency in Hargeisa by the Japanese deputy Envoy to Kenya Ambassador Mikio Mori at a post President Ahmed Mahmud Silanyo meeting press briefing held jointly with this country’s planning Minister Dr Saad Ali Shire.

During the meeting the head of state who was flanked by senior figures in his administration not only briefed the Japanese delegation led by Amb Mori for continued development and humanitarian interventions by the government in Tokyo but briefed on prevalent Statius in the country as well.

Among Somaliland officials at the bi-lateral meeting with the Japanese team included: Vice president Abdirahman Abdilahi Ismail ‘Sayli’, ministers Dr Saad Ali Shire-Planning & National Coordination and Hirsi Haji Ali-Presidency, Deputy Foreign Affairs minister Mawlid Ibrahim, Private Secretary to the President Ali Ahmed Ali and the Anti-piracy director Mohamed Osman.
