HARGEISA (Somalilandsun) – A business committee in parliament has brief the members of parliament about the laws of banks and financial institution.
One of the business committee members of parliament that the committee has forwarded the business and financial code of act to the parliament Mr. Said Mohamed told the members of the parliament that they met with financial institution in Somaliland and also said the business committee in the parliament have received a letter from the Somaliland central bank committee saying that the for ex piru and the private banks have to follow the Islamic banking code of act. The code of act which is now in the parliament has 58 of business points to debate on.
