Somalilandsun: In order for Somali businesses in South Sudan to actively participate in the country’s development their welfare is also of importance.
This was mutually concurred during a meeting between the South Sudanese Vice president Riak Macher and the Somalia envoy , Ambassador Hussein Haji Ahmed at the State House in the capital Juba.
The two sides discussed the strengthening of good relations between Somalia and South Sudan based on various aspects to be further developed
Ambassador Hussein Haji Ahmed and the Vice President also focused on the situation of Somali traders in the country and how they can get the awareness and care they need.
Ambassador Hussein Haji thanked Riek Machar for the warm welcome and said it was important for Somali businessmen in South Sudan to contribute to the country’s development.
