Somalilandsun – Somalia authorities have issued a tough ultimatum to locals who travel to Al-Shabaab controlled areas to seek justice. The Islamist insurgent group provides Somalia’s only effective justice system by operating so-called mobile sharia courts that deal with cases swiftly. The group has been battling to overthrow Somalia’s government, and introduce strict sharia law.
