Somalilandsun:Minister of Health Leads a Large Delegation to Erigavo
The minister of health Mr.Hassan Mohamed Ali Gafadhi led a large state delegation for a work visit to Sanaag region.
The delegation received a warm welcome in Erigavo town, thousands of the town residents, waited for the delegation; on the outskirts of the town to welcome them.
The minister was sent by the president H.E Musa Bihi Abdi to oversee the voters registrations cards issuance to Sanaag electorate.
The provincial commissioner of Sanaag Mr.Ahmed Abdi Musa thanked the government for initiating many development projects in the region.
He said “I take this opportunity to welcome Mr.Gafadhi and his delegation to Sanaag region. Every now and then we open new development project this is a testimony of president Musa Bihi Abdi good will to the people of Sanaag.”
Also welcoming the delegation was the veteran mayor of Erigavo Hon.Ismael Haji Noor.
Mayor Ismael revealed that the health minister came to inspect the issuance of voters cards while the assistant minister of water will unveil the Sanaag region water expansion project.
Traditional elders and leaders of Sanaag thanked the government for implementing economic development programs in the region.
