Somailandsun: The immediate past envoy to Finland Samia Haji Muse has been reappointed back to post in Helsinki.
According to a statement (below) signed by the foreign minister Yasin Haji Mahmud “Faraton’ foreign policy imperatives necessitated a Somaliland representative in Finland and with her experience Samia was reappointed.
Ambassador Samia Haji Muse who is a Finnish citizen is also prominent Kulmiye party member and her return to office means difficulties related to her initial axing have been solved.
A year ago it was confirmed that in her capacity as member of the Finnish Social Democratic party-SDP she was charged with Fraud that was committed at her party’s Helsinki District office in relation to funds belonging to Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela).
