Somaliland sun – The self-style militia leader Sultan Wabar has finally bowed to pressure and come out of his hiding in Ethiopia
According to a report by hornnewspaper the rogue sultan had borne the brunt of the Ethiopia government pressure and finally sought forgiveness from Somaliland authorities. According to reports from reliable sources purport that the Sultan Wabar had sent a delegation of traditional elders from Awdal region to seek clemency for him from president Silanyo.
The president is said to have granted sultan Wabar amnesty from prosecution and now he is on his way to Somaliland. The sultan who hails from Awdal region of Somaliland was one of the tradition leaders of the region before he went rogue and started to wage a clandestine guerrilla war against Somaliland.
