Somalilandsun- The head of state H.E Musa Bihi Abdi who is on an official tour to UAE has held bilateral talks with the deputy premier of the UAE Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Bin Sultan Bin Al-Nahyan. The meeting was held at the palace in Abudhabi.
According to sources at the meeting the talks concerned the strengthening of diplomatic, political and economic relations between the two countries.
The Somaliland minister of foreign affairs Dr.Sa’ad Ali Shire who briefed the press after the meeting stated “The president Has met with the minister of state of UAE who is also the deputy premier. The talks pertains the interests of the two nations. Our delegation has been well received and welcome.”
He added that the meeting was an avenue for the people of the two countries to build a lasting cooperation.
The foreign minister revealed that the head of state will also meet the heir to the throne of UAE H.E Sheikh Bin Zayed.
