Somalilandsun: The ongoing visit of a Somaliland delegation led by President Muse Bihi has seen the country’s decades long for international recognition come to fore both among prestigious bodies and individuals.
Highlight of this visit is the address delivered by president Bihi at the Heritage Institue where main theme was the moral obligation the international community owes the Somaliland quest for International recognition as a sovereign nation.
Among prominent pro-Somaliland recognition personalities to have meet with President Bihi so far is John Peter Pham (usually styled as J. Peter Pham) is an American academic and author specializing in international relations with a focus on African affairs. He has also served as US envoy to a number of of African countries.
