Somalilandsun- The 13th congress of the Somali Studies International Association (SSIA) will be taking place July 23-25, 2018 in Hargeysa and will be hosted by the Redsea Cultural Foundation.
During the Congress organizers have also announced the availability of 7 full scholarships to junior scholars based in East Africa and 3 full scholarships to junior scholars based outside of the East Africa region. Junior scholars include also PhD students.
The scholarships will cover the cost of attending the congress, including the traveling cost, accommodation, congress fee and cultural excursion costs.
