Somalilandsun: After 30 days of fasting during the holy month of Ramadan, festivities abound among Muslims worldwide.
In Somaliland Eid is celebrated with prayers , elaborately sumptuous foods, and visit to play parks for children among others.
The President Muse Bihi Abdi who after performing prayers with members of the public hosts delegations of invited guests at the presidency in Hargeisa.
This year president Bihi who released 360 prisoners as a gesture of Eid al-Fitr also met citizens of all ages and from all walks of life.
On the prisoners release the head of State said that all the beneficiaries were in prison on minor charges thence their release will not harm the public.
During the meet citizens session young Aliya had the opportunity to shake hands with an excited President Bihi who did not fail to notice teeth absence on the young lady.
Queried by the President on the missing teeth the young girl said that she sold them to buy sweets
