Somaliland sun – Stakeholders in Somalia security including the national army, Amison and other foreign forces have been urged to observe human rights of civilians during military operations.
This is per a statement released by the Somalia human rights working Group that is composed of the European Union, its member states, Norway, Switzerland and the US on the occasion of the international human rights day
