Somalilandsun – The editorial board, readers and staff members of Somalilandsun congratulate and join Dr Edna Aden in celebration of her birthday.
Dr Edna who is our very own mother Teresa just commemorated her birth milestone which is not measured in number of moons that denote her age but in the number of mothers and babies helped, the number of sick people treated, and the number of students trained.
In view of the work done by the Dr as pertains to the large number of mothers and babies helped, the number of sick people treated, and the number of students trained then the age of Edna doesn’t count her birthdays any more, but she still likes to get together with friends and enjoys hosting them for a good meal is surely immeasurable.
To commemorate her 2013 birthday hospital staff and volunteers joined Edna for roast goat and other Somaliland delicacies at her farm where discussions on the way forward for the Edna University Hospital complimented the sumptuous meal.
