IBTCI is currently seeking a Somali Office Director for an upcoming USAID/Somalia Evaluation, Learning, and Monitoring Initiative (ELMI). Somalia ELMI will provide monitoring, evaluation, and program design and learning support to the USAID/Somalia mission.
