Somalilandsun – Among the last dictatorships in Africa , Ismaïl Omar Guelleh of the tiny Horn Of Africa nation of Djibouti is among the few in Africa that can afford an entrourage that is similar to an emperors.
The only third world leader that can be escorted in and out of his residence or to the airport with this kind of vehicles and armour is Ismaïl Omar Guelleh … A dynasty built at the cost of his people and at the expenses of the neighbouring countries. Leasing the country both to a US base and French legionnaires has empowered him to rule the country with iron fist . But Somalia conflict has also favoured him with the provision of the so called peacekeepers among the AMISOM in Mogadishu. Another opportunist and a predator in the Dark Continent.
