NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that effective 23 October 2020 the proprietor of the above trade marks, RADISSON HOTELS INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Delaware corporation of Carlson Parkway, P.O. Box 59159, Minneapolis, 55459, United States of America assigned the trade marks to RADISSON HOSPITALITY BELGIUM BV/SRL, a Belgium private limited liability company of Avenue du Bourget 44, B-1130 Brussels, Belgium and that the trade marks are used for the following products:
Class 16: Manuals newsletters magazines printed publications printed matter books and forms stationery instructional teaching and training materials advertising and promotional materials hotel directories menus placemats napkins and cards.
Class 35: Promotion of hotels and restaurants by selling or distributing discount coupons and the like; franchising services including technical assistance to others in the establishment and/or operation of hotels; providing online information regarding facilities and agenda for business meetings and family events; providing online registration services for meeting attendees.
Class 36: Real estate management; sale or rental of condominiums; real estate time-sharing.
Class 39: Travel services; organizing and conducting group travel tours.
Class 43: Hotel bar and restaurant services; services for the reservation of rooms.
Class 44: Health spa beauty salon and massage services
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that RADISSON HOSPITALITY BELGIUM BV/SRL claims all rights in respect of the aforesaid trade marks in Somaliland and will initiate appropriate legal action against any person or persons found to be using the aforesaid trade marks or any other trade marks deceptively or confusingly similar or otherwise infringes on its rights.
