HARGEISA, (Somalilandsun) – The Vice President of Somaliland H.E. Abdirahman Abdilahi Ismail ‘Sayli’ has sent condolences to the family, friends and relatives of late Mahdi Ibrahim Haji Khayre who passed away in Djibouti on the 23rd 12-2013 and buried the same day.
The VP Sayli who prayed to Allah for succor to the soul of the departed Mahdi Ibrahim Haji Khayre urged his family, relatives and friends to have stronger faith during this moment of sorrow.
