BORAME (Somalilandsun) – Kadar Alin the chairperson of NAFAQO in Borama is now enjoying new meat handling skills and attendant increase of profits and client health courtesy of a UNIDO funded project informs Sean Peterson the Chief Technical Advisor of UNIDO in Somaliland

After carpentry training Mumin Dhimbil increased income from 90 t0 540 MonthlyKadar has benefited from the “Supporting economic revitalization through income generation and employment creation in Somaliland” project that was initiated by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization-UNIDO on 1 May 2012 until April 2013

The new project is complimentary to the now ended “Integration and progress through skills and employment for displaced groups in Somalia” (MIPS).
