HARGEISA (Somalilandsun) – In a press released to media houses in Hargeisa dated 02.01.14 the party of Justice and Development (UCID) has sacked its chairman for Salal and Awdal regions Mr. Ismael Geelle for utterances that may cause disunity in the region.
The party executive council and the committee for ethics said that Mr. Geele recent outburst to the press is not part of the party policy and that the Salal/ Awdal chairman had gone against the party constitution by airing his views and opinions through the media.
The executive chairman of the party came out strongly to condemn Mr. Geele for breaking the party constitution by talking to the press what he claimed may so bad blood amongst the people fo the region who are brothers an co-exist peacefully. He said the likes of MR. Geele if not checked may sent the reputation of the party of Justice and Development in the region.
