NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above trade mark is the property of UNSAN-UN SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ a company organised and existing under the laws of Turkey of Istiklal Mah. Atatürk Bulvari No:130/8, Tekkeköy – SAMSUN, Turkey and that the same trade mark is used for the following products:
Class 30: Coffee, tea, cocoa and artificial coffee; rice, pasta and noodles; tapioca and sago; flour and preparations made from cereals; bread, pastries and confectionery; chocolate; ice cream, sorbets and other edible ices; sugar, honey, treacle; yeast, baking-powder; salt, seasonings, spices, preserved herbs; vinegar, sauces and other condiments; ice (frozen water).
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that UNSAN-UN SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ claims all rights in respect of the aforesaid trade mark in Somalia and will initiate appropriate legal action against any person or persons found to be using the aforesaid trade mark or any other trade mark deceptively or confusingly similar, or otherwise infringes on its rights.
