Somalilandsun – Somaliland’s impressive track record should be acknowledged, encouraged and supported; it demonstrates that grassroots, bottom-up peacebuilding and state formation in sub-Saharan Africa can work. Most importantly, the people of Somaliland provide a good example that “where there is a will, there is a way.”
