Somaliland: SomCable Rolls Out IP over DWDM Network Using Optelian’s Optical Transport System

Somcable workers laying fibre optic cables in Hargeisa Marietta, GA/ Ottawa,–Optical networking specialist Optelian is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with SomCable to deploy Optelian’s LightGAIN system on a terrestrial backbone network to provide faster and more cost-effective communication for Somaliland.
