Somalilandsun-Already strained by conflict within, Hospitals around the Hodeida city of Yemeni are struggling with the aftermath of a sea based strike that killed many Somali migrants.

Our hospitals did not have room for them so we had to put them in the fish fridges,” Said Dawood Fadal, the head of security at the Yemeni port of Al Hudaydah which is handling the dead and injured from a boat which was fired upon by allegedly a Saudi Arabia military helicopter within the Red Sea killing 30 Somali migrants aboard.
Speaking on phone to the New York Times the dazed port security officer said. “Can you imagine what that looks like?” In relation to the dead and dying

The attack, about 30 miles off the Yemeni coast, turned a desperate journey by migrants already fleeing a war zone into a scene of horror, with dead and dismembered bodies piled atop one another just steps from their loved ones in the small wooden boat.

While exact figures of those killed and injured in the attack remain vague the United Nations refugee agency has confirmed 40 as dead through its twitter page.
On the other hand The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) put the death toll at 33 and said 29 were wounded and other passengers were missing.
While fingers point to Saudi Arabia, the The Saudi-led coalition that is fighting Houthi forces in Yemen said it did not conduct any operations or have any engagement in the Hodeidah area on Thursday.
Bodies of Somali migrants, killed in attack by a helicopter while traveling in a boat off the coast of Yemen, lie on the ground at Hodeida city, Yemen, ...Coalition spokesman General Ahmed al-Asseri said Hodeidah remained under the control of the Houthis and the port continued to be used for “trafficking people, smuggling weapons and attacks against the line of communications in the Red Sea”.

so if not the Saudi led coalition who in the foreign military might infested Red Sea is responsible? And is this a sample of things to come in the future?
