The online poll show that Kulmiye presidential candidate won handily. But there’s also a real fear among Somaliland is that the elections might never happen. Somaliland’s fragile democracy would struggle to survive.
The only forecaster anyone still trusts is highly sceptical that Kulmiye can remain in power, despite the emptiness of Waddani plans, said the man behind the poll.
