Somalilandsun – The Country is in need of a roadmap towards a harmonized framework backed by political will on Land reform as a prelude to legal tenure and use.
This was the unanimous decision reached during a two days National Land reform Conference in Burao in April 20-21, 2015, under facilitation of the Academy for Peace and Development-APD in collaboration with the Land Inter-ministerial Committee, Technical Working Group, and House of Representatives Natural Resources and Environment sub-committee.
