somalilandsun- Since the position of the Somalia is that Somaliland is part and parcel of its Federal government Joint talks to be held on May 31 in Turkey, to discuss technical issues on the movement of people, trade and passports as well as the representation of the people of Somaliland, in the Somalia parliament to be consituted following elections slated for September 2016.
