Awol Kassin Allo, lecturer in law at Keele University in Staffordshire on the 20th August 2017.
The trio panelists, all experts on the Horn region included Tobias Hagmann, Roskilde University, Tsedi Lemma editor-in-chief of Addis Standard Magazine, and Ambassador David Shinn ,adjunct professor of international affairs at The George Washington University and former U.S. Diplomatic envoy to Ethiopia (1996-99) and to Burkina Faso (1987-90).
