HARGEISA (Somalilandsun) – Any covert or overt activities by the Somalia Federal Government-SFG in any part of the republic of Somaliland shall be construed as hostile and acted upon accordingly.
This caution was issued during a press briefing in Hargeisa by the head of opposition political party UCID Eng. Feisal Ali Warabe who also warned that such interferences by the SFG will be an impingement on the territorial integrity of Somaliland which shall not idle and spectate passively.
Eng. Warabe was reacting to utterances by the SFG president Hasan Sheikh Mahmud that the Mogadishu government shall accommodate, Khatumo a purported state to be hived off pats of Sool region of Somaliland if they, Khatumoists manage to declare secession and form a government.

A large number of Somalilanders have for centuries made the Lower Shebelle region of Somalia, home and still do to date, more than two decades since their country pulled out of its 1960 voluntary later turned fateful union with Somali-Italia (Mogadishu) in pursuit of a never achieved dream of a greater somalia.
Cautioning further on non-interference with internal country issues The UCID party leader warned President Hasan and his SFG that any of their fingerprints in Khatumo shall translate to more fragmentation of the already dismembered country with Hargeisa engaging the residents of Marka, Lower Shebelle among others in Somalia.
Currently the SFG that shares management of Somalia with Al-Qaeda linked Al-Shabaab group also has over 15 regional administrations most of which owe only oral allegiance to the President Mahmud, international community propped federal government whose realm is a few hundred square kilometers around Mogadishu.
Since Mahmud Hasan was selected president of the SFG last year he has not spared himself in insinuating that his main mission is the reunification of Somaliland and Somalia, mention of which is taboo for Somalilanders and act that can be interpreted as prodding and nagging Somaliland to undiplomatic confrontation.
A the same time Eng. Feisal Ali Warabe shooed off the just selected president Abdiweli Gas of the Puntland administrative 
region of somalia on his designs on pats of Somaliland’s eastern regions of Sanaag and Sool whose amalgamation with his Garowe run territory bordering somaliland in the east.
Abdiweli who defeated former strongman Farole during a six persons elections recently had as part of his campaign pledged to forcefully ensure that large pats of the two regions inhabited by his Darood clansmen are under his administration.
In related moves president Hasan has informed that the Somalia national army is aptly equipped aft the SFG acquired a large quantity of weaponry from a number of Countries (Not identified) since the 6th of March 2013 when the UN partially lifted its arms embargo imposed on Somalia on 23 January 1992 under the UN Security Council resolution 733.
