Somalilandsun- The only rebel movement in Somaliland has been disbanded.
This follows the return of rebel leader Colonel Said Arre from his base in Qardo in the somalia regional state of Puntland to his hometown in the Sanaag regional capital Erigavo
Colonel Arre who was received by somaliland government officials, traditional and pilitical leaders said he was very happy to return back home and will surrender 900 rebel soldiers to the government.
During his speech in Erigavo the ex-rebel colonel said he hopes fairness shall be upheld in the Somaliland army which was his initial bone of contention.
